1. Company Information

Scrubbhuset is operated by Martin Svensson and based in Sweden.

If you wish to contact us, please send an email to skrubbhuset@hotmail.com with your inquiry and contact details. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Orders

Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The confirmation will include details regarding the products ordered, pricing, billing information, and delivery address.

If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at skrubbhuset@hotmail.com.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are typically between 5–15 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at skrubbhuset@hotmail.com.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency where available.

Prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be imposed by local authorities in the destination country.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, typographical errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union may have statutory rights to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to local consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or initiate a return, you must contact us at skrubbhuset@hotmail.com and provide your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Exceptions to Returns and Withdrawal Rights

Returns and withdrawal rights do not apply to:

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life.

  • Services that have already been fully performed with the customer's prior consent.

Used exfoliating towels, scrubbing cloths, and similar hygiene products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
