Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at skrubbhuset@hotmail.com.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at skrubbhuset@hotmail.com. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
