To optimize logistics and delivery times, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. As a result, you may receive your products in multiple packages.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Lost Packages

Orders Exceeding Expected Delivery Times

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping date, please contact us. After investigation, we may offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
