Delivery Terms

For logistical reasons, certain items within the same order may be shipped separately, meaning you might receive your products in multiple packages.

We process and ship your order within 5-12 business days from the date it was placed. This is an estimated delivery time, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

To ensure accurate and prompt delivery, please double-check and enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. It is crucial that you verify your shipping details to avoid any delivery issues.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will generate a tracking number and send it to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 12 business days, please inform us through our contact form, including your order number.

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may, in exceptional cases, lead to delays, such as holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, or air and ground transport strikes. Should delivery, against expectations, exceed 20 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue, with a full refund if necessary.
