  1. About the COMPANY

The company MOS Global AB is based in Helsingborg. The company's postal address is info@skrubbhuset.se.

If you wish to contact us, please send an email to info@skrubbhuset.se with your matter and contact details and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at info@skrubbhuset.se.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 5-12 business days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

Due to high workload at the postal provider, delays may occur. We therefore ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.

If delivery delays occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@skrubbhuset.se

Please note that additional customs & VAT charges may apply as you, the customer, are a private importer of the product you order.

3.1 Incorrect delivery address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the name, address, and contact information provided when ordering are correct and complete.

If an order cannot be delivered, is returned to us, or is otherwise delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. This includes, for example, the cost of new shipping, return shipping, handling fees, or other charges debited by the carrier.

If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may choose to have the item re-sent upon payment of the new shipping cost. If the customer instead wishes to cancel the purchase, the value of the item will be refunded, less the original shipping, return shipping, and any other costs incurred as a result of the incorrectly provided address, to the extent that this is consistent with applicable consumer legislation.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK. Prices are exclusive of any import VAT,
customs and handling fees that may apply depending on the country of delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification must be sent to us at info@skrubbhuset.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the items the return concerns must be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and

where the seal (plomb) has been broken by you.

Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products, which have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal character according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

For more about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.

6. Complaints

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@skrubbhuset.se, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
