30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Skrubbhuset, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

How to make a return

1. Contact us at info@skrubbhuset.se and state your order number.
2. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
3. Send the item back well packed, preferably in its original packaging.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU you always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under distance selling rules. Our 30-day guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and preferably a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card company, it may take a few extra days before the money appears in your account.
